Seaside Lawn & Landscaping

Hello. I really don't understand why the average review total is lower than I firmly believe it should be. The entire crew that worked on our job was great. Josh, the supervisor, was genuinely friendly and very helpful. The whole group was courteous and a pleasure to work with, as well as being hard-working and very efficient.

This company does not know or understand horticulture. They prune bushes at the wrong time of year clipping many of the fresh buds for following blooms. They blow debris into storm drainage systems. They trample low lying shrubs and lawn ornaments because they are apparently too lazy to look where they walk. And when trying to speak to any of the on-site employees I'm greeted with "No English. No English" or some cocky twenty-year old who is seeking a confrontation instead of having a discussion. Unacceptable on all levels.

I am a resident at Arbor Creek. This past week I had an absolutely terrible experience with one of your employees, tall skinny man who drives the truck.I simply asked him to please refrain from throwing his cigarette butts into my yard. He proceeded to cuss and yell at me,almost to the point of violence. He is completely unprofessional. I am in the process of contacting the proper channels to have your company removed from our property of he is to continue working here. I am sorry but the way he acted was completely atrocious.

I just wanna make a complaint. You would think that since you can afford nice trucks and lawn equipment, yal could afford trailers with working tail lights. Almost got into an accident in Wilmington today because of one of your drivers. Tail lights on the trailer weren't working & they were speeding near the DMV and spamming on breaks and I almost smashed into them because of it. Its ome thing to not have working lights on a trailer, it's another to also have your truck tail lights covered also so no one can see what your doing. Might wanna get some new drivers or teach them to drive because I saw them almost caused another accidentally on my way home in Leland when you turn, Heading towards the Leland park. Joshua Reiman is one of the best employee Seaside lawn and lawnscaping has. He works hard and always has a smile on his face. I would like to thank him for such great job. I do recommend this lawn company to friends and family.
