I hope this review helps people: Booked these guys through one of those fake “local” google listings on a Sunday. To their credit they were able to come out quickly and give me an $85 service fee and estimate, less than other service fees. They arrived same day and were very slick and professional, the tech was nice, approachable and took a look at everything quickly. That’s where the good news stopped. They told me the gas valve was dead, unit was installed in 2011 so out of warranty, and would be $1900 to replace the gas valve with an OEM part. They did say I could save a couple hundred if I went with aftermarket valve. Well I don’t have $1936 just laying around so I looked up the valve on a basic google search and it cost $170 OEM from a local supplier. I decided, let’s get a second
