Excellent Service and Local Commitment I recently purchased the new Frigidaire Gallery Gas Range with the Stone-Baked Pizza feature from Seaway during one of their sales events. I chose Seaway because I wanted to support a local business instead of a big box store and I’m so glad I did! Although my order took about five weeks to arrive, when I called to check on the status, Randy, their sales representative was incredibly helpful and quickly got my delivery scheduled. The delivery team. Andrew and James, were professional and courteous. They even called 30 minutes before arriving, which made it easy to plan for their visit. Purchased a Speed Queen dryer from Randy. We were able to do the entire transaction over the phone. They took care of changing it over to propane gas use and delivered and installed it. The two men that delivered and installed the dryer were very quick and efficient. I had moved the washing machine because of room. They offered to put it back in place and hooked up all the connections. They went above and beyond. Thank You

As a woman with a LOT of questions before a big purchase, I must say, Tommy was my saving grace. That man spent more than an hour with me just to pick out a fridge. (I'd been to 2 other places already looking.) And either I genuinely didn't annoy him, or he's a great actor, but he was patient and kind. Above that, I didn't get a "salesman". Tommy is full of knowledge from years of experience and had a fabulous personality to go with it. In less than 2 weeks, our new refrigerator was delivered today and everything went perfectly. My husband and I are very happy we chose to buy from Seaway Appliance.

We had a rough start.but From Jennifer the sales lady to the delivery drivers, installers. They were amazing! Knowledgeable, friendly, above and beyond. Will definitely go back. And tell friends and family.

Sales staff was very helpful and the crew that delivered and installed our dishwasher were friendly and competent. The exact opposite of our recent appliance purchase at a big box store who sent installers that couldn't even speak english
