Avoid at all costs - unbelievably expensive for monthly parking in the most horribly set up garage I’ve ever been in. There’s only one way up and down so if you’re going up while someone else is going down you both have to back up and try to maneuver past each other. The basement floor is a dead end so good luck trying to turn around if all of the spaces are taken.. and if there’s another car behind you when you reach the end of the basement? Godspeed. If you make it out of this garage with no scratches or dents you’re insanely lucky.

Shady operators. If you're staying at the Moxy hotel you're meant to get a 3 day pass for free. It tells you have you pay $60 that you get 72, hours courtesy of the garage. Their support team is unhelpful and they won't even give you a proper receipt. After a week there I'm probably out like $120 because I can't get reimbursed without a receipt from work. Marriot needs a better parking solution

Complete scam. They leave the gates open and disable the entry machines then when you try to leave they charge you a $40 lost ticket fee. Spoke with the most unhelpful customer service rep who just acted like I was the first person to ever have this problem although there were several cars with the exact same issue ahead of me. She said it's not their fault if their gates are open and the machine malfunctions to provide an entry ticket they will still charge you a fine. Complete and total scam.

No receipt. Closes on you after payment leaving you stuck and have to call support. Deceptive early bird rate

Horrible parking garage. Spaces parking needs to close their operation because it's a horrible parking platform. Making people call and text to get in and out of the garage and then not explaining any charges is horrible
