While I am pleased with the instillation crews from Security. The customer service and the quality of their outsourced materials are questionable. They offered to replace the gates that were poorly assembled when I voiced my displeasure, the day the job was completed. The crew was very cooperative they took pictures and reported it immediately to the company. So new gates were ordered but the new gates came in worse. They said I am the only person that has complained about the gate quality and I have decided not try again for the replacements. But today the office staff gave me no indication they were even sorry about the quality. And certainly not how can we make you happy was offered. So I paid my bill and left. Where do I start. I chose this company due to great ratings. We put a 6-foot vinyl privacy fence around our pool. The sales guy I talked to was good. The problem is the install staff. After the fence was completely installed, I noticed that the fence was not even all the way around. I took my 5-foot level and found the fence varied from being level to being up to 2 inches off in some spots. I called and complained and the same crew came out to make repairs. These repairs were average at best. They only put one bag of concrete per hole. The supporting gate posts had two. Within the first year several post sunk making the fence uneven.
