We had a bit of a unique issue with our AC system. Ken was personally invested in finding the issue and solved it. The communication was great and response time was outstanding. I will use Security in the future and will recommend to everyone I know.

This company is outstanding. We have used them for years and have found them to be fair and honest. They have gone above and beyond as far as service. When we had an issue with an older system, they came out on a holiday to get the system working. When we decided to replace the older unit, their price was excellent, the work was excellent, and the replacement was seamless. I know that I can always count on Security Air to take care of any of my air conditioning needs. I will NEVER use another company and would recommend them to anyone.

I have used security air for over 25 years. Today they came for the yearly check up including a tip. When they left ,they failed to put the hatch back up in the ceiling,in the attic and said I would have to wait until tomorrow but hot air was blowing out the attic. I have a badly swollen infected foot and was at the hospital yesterday. I was told they couldn't do it till tomorrow. So I had to get on My ladder with my huge foot. I did it myself Can't trust them anymore! I will get someone else. Now the lights in my ceiling are no longer working. Very disappointed.

Medical situation, came right away. Had several issues; all fixed within 25 mins. Was very efficient and friendly. Charge was reasonable. Highly recommend.
