Walked in due to an urgent need to purchase replacement faucets for our master bathroom reno due to unforeseen circumstances. I was *literally* laughed at by the woman on the showroom floor and belittled for not knowing the exact details of what I needed off the top of my head. She made me uncomfortable and feel very disrespected when all I was trying to do was purchase something from her. She did not give me her name, but she was working today, August 21 2025, in the morning.Truly the worst customer experience of my life and I will never, ever give them my business again. I do not recommend this business.

We delivered a load of PVC pipes to this customer. They received and unloaded very quickly. We were out in less than 30 mins. Would definitely deliver again to them. Flatbed drivers try to be there for delivery by 3:00 pm.

Good initial customer assistance, but now waiting for phone call back regarding un needed boiler (CGA-5), unused, not needed, purchased on rec from plumber who does great business with you. Left message with manager and called customer service, week ago. Need to return. Finally made contact with manager, Keith, he was friendly on the phone, and cooperative, as He said let him know when it's ready to be picked up, I left three messages for them to pick it up, As it is ready for them. Thank you Kieth!

Roberta is great to work with and she has an enormous amount of product knowledge. We are in the process of building a new house and I was able to get a lot of decisions ideas and made. Nice showroom.

Roberta was excellent. My husband and I went to look at tubs and were impressed by her knowledge and customer service. She was patient, helpful, honest and truly made the process enjoyable.
