There was a waste water issue with my building my property manager sent these plumbers. I spoke on the phone and asked them to make sure they cleaned up the human feces that came out of the pipe and they said they would. When I returned home they left it all there. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Their technician failed to collect payment at the time of service, and I received an invoice six months later without any prior follow-up. As someone who manages multiple properties, I needed time to verify the work with my tenants—especially since the delay was entirely on their end. During this period, I was also facing several personal emergencies, including the recent passing of my father and the demands of running a homeless shelter. Despite explaining this, I received multiple rude and unprofessional text messages demanding payment, with no acknowledgment of the company’s error in failing to bill me promptly.
