Ron was a huge help. I don’t really know very much about plumbing and was trying to install a water dispenser from under the sink. The adapter I had was too small and Ron figured out how to troubleshoot it for me and got me the exact parts I needed. I got the whole thing set up!

This place has been around since the 50's and is well stocked with replacement plumbing parts that are hard to find elsewhere. It helps if you can bring in what you need to replace and they'll match it up for you. I was told at one hardware store they'd need to special order the American Standard Valves I needed, but Security had them in stock and the matching seats as well!

I didn't actually use this place I'm giving them four Stars based on the phone call I had just now I needed an item which they did not have he was very courteous and he suggested another place where I might be able to get it which I appreciate very much. So is on the phone customer service being polite was a good experience especially these days where it's like and truly I do mean this you go in a store and it's like there is no customer politeness it's like you're bothering them they never say thank you ect.. that's not what I had here and I appreciate that people are quick to complain I'm quick to say thank you so thank you

If its something that's not made, they will combine items to make it work for you. Dave is who has always helped me. He is not only very knowledgeable, he takes the time to understand your needs and take care of you. If you call, he will have the parts or the combination waiting for you at the counter. This is the neighborhood store you want to buy from. They can also ship the items or combination thereof to you.

Showed by at 11:45am on Saturday. They close at 12pm Noon. I asked for help in buying a part. Showed a picture. Said he didn’t know. Would barely speak to me from inside the store. Cool.
