Let me start by saying I'm a New York-based attorney and so I enjoy the research. I spent roughly a year scouting Brooklyn neighborhoods for highest quality craftsmanship in brownstone/cement facade work and was lucky enough to establish contact with the owner of the house which surpassed all others. I couldn't have been more blessed to have found Segundo. They were completely dependable and finished on time. They left me grateful and completely inspired by their attention to detail and teamwork. We couldn’t be happier with the work our roofer did! From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and care. He was excellent with timing, getting things done efficiently without cutting corners. He’s also done our siding, and just like with the roof, the results were outstanding. All of his workers are polite, friendly, and respectful, and you can tell they truly take pride in their work. The quality of their craftsmanship and their excellent customer service really speak for themselves. Highly recommend!

Brownstone Specialist/Segundo CH Construction did a superb job. He rehung my kitchen cabinets perfectly. He does excellent work and is very courteous. His staff cleans up their area very well. They are extremely professional and I would recommend to anybody especially homeowners. The prices are very reasonable. He is licensed and insured as well. I had Segundo completely restore a historic facade on a landmark townhouse and he did a great job. He also completely redid the stairs to the house which were crumbling. Both came out excellent. I still don’t know how he redrew the ornamental details. I also recommended him to two other clients and they were equally satisfied!
