This was the third project and the most extensive project that we hired SEI for. We felt very comfortable working with all his crew, they were easy to communicate with and always kept us up to date on the progress. I especially like Mike's detailed estimates. They are easy to read and you know exactly what he is going to do and when he needs payment for each step. You can depend on Mike to check in on the progress at each stage and if you have any issues he addresses them immediately and to your satisfaction. The quality of their work is terrific and the job is not complete until the last detail has been addressed and the final inspection is in your hands and everyone is happy with the result.

SEI has worked for us for many years and we totally rely on Mike's expertise and workmanship, as well as his creativity. In our home he has remodeled our bathrooms and full basement and extensive updates on our dining room, kitchen, both studies and family room. He has also done repairs to our roof and outside balconies and replaced sliding doors. There is very little of the house he has not improved. We hired Mike and his team to put on an addition to our home in Clark. Although we had a smaller budget than most of Mike’s clients, Mike worked within our budget and showed he cared the same for us as the rest of his clients.
