Had our townhouse roof replaced today and it turned out better than we could have ever asked for. Nik and his team were efficient, respectful, and reliable. Nik answered all of our questions throughout this entire process and is the real reason we chose to go with Seipp after getting multiple roofing quotes. Seipp roofing was very professional from start to end. I had a bit of an interesting situation arrive with another roofer disappeared on me. Tyler was able to track down the shingles that had been ordered for my project and he took over for me. He is very professional and addressed any concerns I had right away. His cost was better than other local competitors. There was constant communication throughout the very large project. The mess was cleaned up every night before anybody left for the day. The final clean up was EXCEEDINGLY thorough, which is a major concern when having a roof replaced. My roof looks incredible and there are no more leaks! When our roof developed leaks in two spots a neighbor recommended Seipp Roofing to us. Nik did our roof inspection and presented us with photos of the problem areas. Ultimately we opted for a whole roof replacement. The crew did a great job of protecting not only our house but our neighbors homes as well (we are in a townhome). Nik took photos of the entire process and the end result looks amazing! And they cleaned up so well you'd never know they were there. Nik was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Only roofing company that went up on roof, up in the attic and tarped damaged areas of roof. Gave a full and complete details on what needed to be done with plenty of pictures to show. Also took time to come back out to meet with insurance claim adjuster and sent all the pictures to the claim adjuster. I highly recommend them!

Nik and the crew did a great job even though the job was interrupted by the first snowfall of the year. They came back the next day and fought the cold and shortened daylight hours to get most of the job completed. Nik finished the trim work up on the third day by himself while also checking on other guys at another job.
