My property management company in Mission Beach and I worked with Justin to facilitate the carpet replacement at my short term rental location. Justin remained extremely professional as we had some difficulties dealing with getting approval from a very "strict" HOA management company. Justin was quick to supply all his required contractor documents including insurance papers and business licenses that the HOA required. Although I never met Justin in person as I live 3 time zones away from San Diego, my property management company reported that the work was done quickly and interactions were professional. I can't say enough good things about Select Carpet and it manager Justin and staff. I first met him years ago when he did the flooring for a rental home owner I knew. I could not believe his prices and how communicative and professional his installers were. Since them I have always used him for my properties and refer him to my friends and family. He does have a show room that I have been to once with some clients, however what I like about his company is that I don't have to go to a show room! Anytime I need flooring, I just call him and Justin will personally come out and measure and give a quote for free. I don't even have to be there and he can use a lock box to access a property. Select Carpets is exceptional. Working with Justin was fantastic. Living on the second floor required my flooring to be approved by the HOA, which mandated a specific sound reduction rating. This necessitated extensive research, and Justin patiently provided multiple price quotes for different underlayment products and flooring brands. His understanding and patience were commendable. Despite obtaining three other bids, Justin's pricing was the most reasonable, significantly lower than competitors. Additionally, installers Jose and Fabian were outstanding, demonstrating politeness and delivering exceptional workmanship.

This family-owned business came highly recommended by both my property manager and my realtor, who uses Select Carpets for business and personal projects. Justin was so easy to work with! He came out for an estimate right away. And his pricing was competitive. He was flexible when it looked like the job might need to be delayed by a day. And, his guys finished the work in far less time than projected. The luxury vinyl flooring looks terrific. Would highly recommend.

I've used Select Carpets to install vinyl plank in both my rentals and my home. Justin, the owner, is a dependable guy and his team does quality work. He often suggests design improvements I hadn't thought of, and is willing to perform smaller jobs. IMO, this proves he's committed to having satisfied/repeat customers. I highly recommend them !!
