Do not park at this location if you have anything other than a sedan because they will charge you a $15 or more even after you already booked online. I was charged $15.95 extra to park my Nissan rogue sport which is much smaller than the full size rogue. I have never been charged extra at other parking garages. The attendant refused to acknowledge it’s smaller and hassled me to scan my ticket because I would be charged more for parking after my reservation start time. Customer service number doesn’t work and it just ends the call without anyone answering. This place is so scammy and should avoided. Even the attendant at pickup acknowledged that my car is small and should have not been charged extra but because the charge was already on my ticket he had to run it through the system and I pa

Reasonable rate for overnight parking, safe, very quick at bringing the car out for us in the morning. Most of all, the staff was very friendly and attentive!

The parking attendant is a massive D-Bag. I will not be parking here again. He yelled at me for being 5 minutes early for my reservation, then proceeded to make me wait 30 minutes to park the car. I was prepared to offer him a ticket after waiting for 10 minutes and then he wouldn't park it and made me wait another 30 minutes. He was then really mad at me for not tipping him... I pray that he can find peace, because he clearly is an angry individual (based on other reviews).

Parking attendant demanded that I give him a cash tip before I parked my car. Said no tip, no parking.

BE AWARE, the employees are thieves!!! I left my watch in the car by the box front of the passenger seat, and when I returned back... nothing... the watch disappeared. I asked and called couple of times, they said they checked the cameras...NOTHING. Never leave something valuable in your car when you park there. I learned my lesson.
