I recently had a disappointing experience with a garage booked through Spot Hero that I feel compelled to share. The advertisement for the garage promised guaranteed parking spaces, but this turned out to be far from the truth. Upon my arrival, I was met with a rude employee who informed me that they no longer space for my vehicle. I stated that the promotion on spot hero stated guaranteed parking. He stated and I quote “it’s because the owner is greedy.” His demeanor was extremely dismissive, and he spoke in a firm, almost passive-aggressive tone that made the situation even more frustrating. I didn’t think much of it as he ended up taking my car and I assumed he was having a rough morning. I later in the afternoon the supervisor Marcello brought my car up during pick up and came out my

Very bad experience at this parking garage. The older Venezuelan guy working there has a very rude and disrespectful attitude toward customers. The way he talks to people is completely unacceptable. At one point he even told me that if I don’t like it, I shouldn’t come back tomorrow. That’s not how you treat paying customers. Customers are the reason this place exists, not the other way around. If he hates his job this much, maybe he should find a different one. This kind of behavior will only make the business lose customers. I hope management addresses this, because the way customers are spoken to here is simply not okay.

DO NOT PARK HERE! My brand new SUV had scratches when I went to pick it up. The manager on duty was rude & dismissive. I would not leave the garage until I filed an incident report. The form is a joke. Looks like a form you buy at Staples. I emailed the report and shocker no response. Spothero was no help.

Caused $4,200 of damage to my vehicle (broke large center tail light, cracked rear bumper, scuffed/scratched spoiler) and took no responsibility. Valet worker drove my car up the ramp to me, I got in and drove 5 hours directly home to NH. Noticed damage when I got home and contacted them immediately. They said I needed to wait days due to holiday weekend to discuss with manager, so my husband called back Tuesday. The manager said not their problem because I didn't report it on site. Sickened by their lack of decency and respect for my property. DO NOT PARK HERE!!

This parking garage regularly causes traffic jams and huge amount of traffic on its street. They have two lanes in their entrance, but they park cars in one of those lanes, so cars can't get out when others are getting in, and if a decent number of cars are coming through at once, it causes a huge traffic jam. If you need to be anywhere on a schedule, DO NOT USE THIS PLACE because there's a chance you'll get massively delayed by their practice if parking cars in the exit lane.
