good accessibility to the nearby facilities. But be extremely cautious about any event ongoing in Chicago Loop. The traffic can easily get overwhelmed outside the garage (E Grand Ave and Lake shore Dr). I had my worst ever parking experience when leaving the garage when vehicles stagnated in the garage for 40~60 min. If possible, do not enter the east of Lakeshore Dr; park in the west and walk would be much more faster
Other than the tight driving space it's very easy and the green arrows signifying that there is parking available in that section is extremely helpful and convenient.
