Self Parking West Garage

Total scam. $102 for 3 hours. Paid $34 on spot hero, scanner didn’t accept it when we pulled up. Took a ticket and had it validated. Paid $34 at the kiosk before getting to my car. At the exit to the garage, the system did not accept my paid ticket, and I had to pay a THIRD time to get my car back. I have the receipts. $102 for 3 hours with their system. Not during an event, regular weekday.

Very convenient parking area for Navy Pier. It’s expensive but unless you book a deal online pretty much every downtown Chicago parking garage is similar.

VERY expensive. On vacation from out of town, we parked here on a Thursday around 1:30pm. The entry and exit were easily accessible and the lighting was adequate. Parking spaces were small, but not too small to accommodate mid-sized SUVs and pickup trucks. Convenient access to the Navy Pier. When I was exiting, I followed the instructions to print a receipt, but no receipt printed. The exit gate attendant standing there was informed of that. We stayed for about 2 hours and the parking fee was $41! We must have rolled over to 2 hours and 1 minute and got charged for 3h or something. Either way, that's a crazy price to charge for a simple parking space. #citylife or something, I guess. I would recommend booking something cheaper online, checking out the cheaper parking at Lake Point

easy enough yeah kinda pricey but u right there if u not tryna be looking for street parking
