I was so overwhelmed when I first went in but Dawn was great and easy to work with. She listened to what I wanted, looked at some photos I had and helped guide me to pick what I really loved!!! The selection of tile is great and can fit any budget. Thank you so much for helping me make the right choices for my new home!

The customer service is subpar. My husband and I wanted to purchase Quartz countertops for our kitchen remodel. The sales rep gave us an estimate asking for a 90% down payment. I have never heard of a company requesting 90% down. We decided to go with Bedrock countertops instead, and they did a fantastic job!

The placed is a joke. Horrible service. No one knows what is going on. When I spoke to the one lady, she is rude talking to me and they are the ones who keep screwing up. I will admit I am not the nicest to them, but they are the ones who keep putting me off. You must keep giving them the same information repeatedly. They do not answer the phone most of the time and when you leave a message they may or may not return your call. I would not recommend this place. Albany Location

If this thing would give me an option of zero stores I would give it that. Had to call several times to have quarter round re-done. Called several times to have the floor repaired where it was already coming up they not only scheduled a time to come repair it but they’ve never shown up to fix it. This place is a joke I feel as though they took our money upfront and never came back to look at the job was done to the customer satisfaction level
