Like many produce warehouses, the product was not ready at my appointment time and I had to wait several hours. The yard is a large dirt lot with dust everywhere,However, once I got a dock, loading was quick and finished in about 30 minutes. Better planning and having freight ready on time would help drivers a lot.

Unbelievable because these guys lie alot. They keep on giving the time after 3-4 hours and everytime have the same answer that it’s not ready yet and is going to be ready in 3-4 hours. I have been waiting here since yesterday evening. I came here at 6pm and first they said it’s going to be ready at 9pm. Then at 9pm they said we’ll tell you tomorrow in the morning. I went to the office in the morning at 8am they said it’s going to be ready at 12-1pm then now they said it’s going to be at 5-6 pm. Like seriously I don’t believe that it’s still going to be ready at that time also. Still if they load me at 6pm then why did they call me here yesterday at 6pm. It’s not the first time they did the same thing even last time as they loaded me after 26 hours. I didn’t wanted to come here but my compa

Got here early, checked in right when they opened. It took them hours to get us a door, then a few more hours before they started loading. The guy said “as soon as we have a loader for you”. It’s sad, cause the drivers are forced to waste hours of their time here, and they’re not getting paid for it.

🐢🐢🐢 very slow loading but washrooms are well cleaned.

Got stuck here , pat holes are terrible here, finally forklift helped to get out… seems like management doesn’t care. Check in lady trying to be nice but she’s not.
