Semper Dry Water Removal

I wish I did not need the Semper Dry Team, but I did and I would certainly recommend them for water remediation (broken pipe). They got a foreman on scene in less than one hour, and an hour later they had a full team on site starting cleanup. They were incredibly responsive and professional throughout the entire process, and we were very impressed. While I do not wish a flooded basement on anyone, I will vouch that the Semper Dry team can bail you out if necessary!

This company was great!!! It was an experience for us as we have never had a leak issue...they were here quickly and did everything that needed to be done to correct the issue from a leak we had under the house.

This company is AMAZING and always highly recommend them. Our water heater busted and they came that same night. Brian and CJ were incredible and extremely friendly and answered all my questions and provided more information for me. These guys responded immediately to my sewer line flooding in my basement. I had a crew at my house within hours on a Friday night! The guys showed up and got to work immediately and the next day another crew came out to do even more. All of their employees were extremely professional and knowledgeable and I would certainly recommend them to my family and friends. The cherry on the cake was that they do all the work with the insurance company as well

A number you never want to have to call but one you're happy to have when you need it. I've had to call Semper Dry out three times now and they've been nothing but the utmost professionals each time - quick to act, punctual, good at diagnosing the issue and developing a plan of action, and finally good at delivering on that plan. No need to look any further for a water damage mitigation team!
