Semper-Fi Electric consistently performs top notch work. My parents have had them out a few times over the years. Tom came yesterday to fix the breaker to their A/C unit. His straight-forward, helpful demeanor is a welcome change from companies and technicians who don't return calls or try to exploit the customer. Also, Semper-Fi referred another local company to assist with a pressing matter because their schedule was full on that particular day. It's so nice when companies can refer other local companies who also perform quality work.

Had a recent excellent experience with Semper Fi. I reached out to them in late August, wanting to schedule some outdoor lighting for September. The owner, Tom, returned my call in a prompt manner and when I told him the basic aspects of what I wanted, he was very candid, told me he and his small team were very booked, and he offered to give the name of another electrician with a larger crew if I wanted the job done more urgently. How ethical is that?! My job was not urgent, and we set a date for three weeks for him to come to my home and look at what I wanted done. He then emailed me a proposal promptly, and we scheduled a date for a few weeks later (October 17). His crew came on time, knew exactly what the job entailed, and got it all done. Everything is as it should be and working fine.

My wife and I just purchased our first home a few months ago and we have had quite a few different people come through to do work for us. Tom and his team are hands down some of the best. They are professional, personable, timely, responsive, and very affordable. I can't say enough good things.Today is the second time in the last month I am using them for some projects I needed done around the house. The first was installing some recessed lighting in the kitchen which ended up looking amazing. Tom took the time to walk us through the best layout for the lights, the different kinds of bulbs we could and should use with the new lighting, and still managed to finish the whole project in a few hours. This happened a few years ago. I spoke to the lady who answers the phone and was unprofessional and unapologetic when appointment was mistakenly scheduled by her for the morning instead of the agreed upon afternoon, 4/5. Electrician showed up in am and had to be turned away because my wife nor I was home, only my son. He said it was no big deal and he could do the work and leave the bill. Yeah, and I have a dozen questions to ask and make sure the work is done correctly.
