Senate Termite & Pest Control

Senate is the best pest control company I have ever worked with. The man who has sprayed my apartment named Zach always has shown up at the very beginning of the window, he is very kind and professional and Senate has been awesome to work with. My building has bed bugs and while the experience sucks Senate has been helpful and for a good price for peace of mind. I highly recommend working with this company they always answer the phone and are willing to answer any question you may have. I cannot recommend this company enough, I would give them six stars if that were an option!

All the technicians that have been to our house over the past week are very informative and easy to work with. Anthony, in particular, provided me with the most complete and understandable information on what to expect on this lengthy procedure. He was very personable and reassuring. I'm glad I met him and he is definitely welcome back anytime.

I am very happy with Senate and the services they provide! Most notably, the technician that routinely comes is polite, knowledgeable and very thorough. He always explains things, is happy to answer questions and is accommodating with requests. Overall, he is an asset to the company and provides great consistent customer service!

Tim Lyons did the initial inspection and recommendation to irradicate a mouse problem. He was kind, exceptionally knowledgeable about the issue, took photos of the attic, had me do my own research, explain the treatment plan very well and make the initial and follow-up appointment for me. Andrew came to do the initial treatment. He was thorough, professional, careful and kind. I'll write another review in a few weeks to see how the actual results turn out.

The whole experience was great. All the folks we dealt with at Senate were professional, pleasant, and easy to work with. The works was done efficiently, thoroughly, and with minimum disruption to our household. Strongly recommended!
