We had water from ice dams starting to leak into our house, but Chris and Jenna were incredibly responsive and sent a team out within 24 hours. Their crew resolved the issue in 1.5 hours, carefully clearing the snow and chipping away the ice buildup. I was especially impressed by the crew’s cleanup—they made sure the front walkway were completely clear before they left. Chris and Jenna were professional, easy to reach, and provide high-quality work at a fair price. I’ve already recommended them to several friends!
