Seneca Appliance Repair

The initial interaction was excellent. The service was good, quick, and reasonable. He guaranteed the work for a year. It's been four months, and it's not working again. He won't take my calls or answer my messages. At first he told me he was swamped and trying to catch up, now it is silence.

After weeks of waiting for our regular appliance co. to come out for our dryer, I called Seneca Appliance repair. Brad called me back immediately friday & scheduled to come out Monday morning first thing. He was on time & got everything taken care of to get our dryer running again in short order. He was in & out in less than 30 mins. Professional & courteous. I am so pleased & wished I had reached out to them to begin with.

Yesterday my dryer decided to get sassy and not dry my clothes, so I had a choice of having it fixed or buy a new one. Obviously I chose to get it fixed. I called Mr. Brad at 830am on a Monday morning and he called me back within 10 minutes. I told him the issue and he scheduled to come out this afternoon...same day. He arrived on time, was very friendly, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue, went to his van to get the part and had the dryer working. It took all of 30 minutes. Great price for excellent work. Thank you!!

My less than 3-year-old washer stopped working in middle of a cycle last Thursday. I called Seneca Appliance Repair and left a message. Brad returned my call in less than 30 minutes. He came first thing Friday morning. He had to order a part that the diagnostics were telling him. He told me it would be Monday or Tuesday. Brad called first thing Monday morning and came out. Unfortunately, when he replaced the part further issues came up. We discussed replacing the components or replacing the washer. He even told me what brand I should go with. I decided to go with a new washer because the expense of replacing everything would was over halfway there to a new one. Brad is timely, honest, and trustworthy. I highly recommend!

Brad was excellent. He knew exactly how to fix our dishwasher and get it back in business.
