Called Senn Oil and first question I asked if there was a discount for first time buyers. The lady said yes. They came and went in a timely manner. I called afterwards to be informed there would be no discount and they don’t offer that.. I have audio recording with the receptionist saying yes, there is a discount. Liars, misleading, and never bothered to tell me the price per gallon before hand. Would not recommend to anyone.

Senn Oil company will always get my business. They are extremely friendly and compassionate. I've completely run out of oil to heat my house more than a couple times and always seemed to be around holidays or weekends. And in between paydays. They didn't hesitate to come to the rescue. My girls and I are forever grateful to have found Senn Oil. I have never once spoke to an unfriendly person and we look forward to the Christmas calendar they send every year with daily blessings. You just wouldn't get this old fashioned type of service at a big business.

These guys are fantastic. Always great on the phone or in person, they do quality work and are reliable. I struggled to find a consistent provider for a few years but am so happy I settled with Senn. They installed a new system last year (burner/boiler) for me and their price was orders of magnitude more affordable than every other company I called for an estimate. I cannot say enough how pleased I am to do business with them.

My oil provider for the last three years. In the time I've been dealing with them, Senn Oil has been friendly, accomodating, and professional every step of the way. When issues came up, their response time was better than expected, and they readily acknowledged my lifetime warranty without complaint.

They called me back on a non Returnable number and told me that I wasn’t a customer of theirs for years? I let them know I use their service on a rental property.. she left a nice long nasty message for me.. and all I wanted was a price quote on oil for my furnace? Call me I was not a customer of theirs for years that they don’t take new clients or clients .They Don’t give the secretaries the amount they are charging for the oil ,I just don’t get that? waited hours for a quote no avail I only got a callback from my old lady probably the owner to give me the screws ! Lol I got a great price quote from another company happy to use them.. I don’t know how people stay in business with this kind of service?
