We ordered privacy fencing and fence for front yard, 3 weeks later, NO fencing!! Matt the owner won’t return calls or see us! They cashed the checks the same day!! Sorry excuse for a Marine. They are disgraceful and dishonest. Don’t do business with them!! Beware!!! Butch Taylor

We purchased a home this year that had a sentinel fence, but the fence gate was locked and we weren't given the key. We e-mailed Matthew and he was kind enough to work with the manufacturer to get a new key sent to our address - big thank you! The fence itself is beautiful and unobtrusive so we get to see all the wildlife in the woods out back!

I was simply trying to get a quote for a specific beautiful fence via email with Matthew Feeko who happens to be the CEO of this company. But I just got the run around for 6 days, first he simply didn’t email me back, then he asked me how I found the product and wanted pictures or links I guess which was odd. All I simply asked for a was quote and if they would ship to my state, you could have just told me no and said sorry we don’t ship to your state, I would have completely understood. When he finally sent the quote he literally prefaced it with “Being unique isn’t cheap. See attached, let me know.” The fence quote was actually much lower than I expected so that seemed like a pretty odd thing to preface the estimate with. I ordered fence from sentinel was told 6-10 wks for delivery, after calling and contacting the plant manager who kept making excuses such as the person who took the order was not doing her job and is no longer with the company the fence finally arrived 6 MONTHS later, 3 sections were damaged, I contacted the plant manager sent pictures of the damage and told him I could make one section work so just replace 2 sections, after a couple weeks I called for status the receptionist told me there was no replacement order and she would check with the plant manager and return my call which she never did. I installed the fence and found several sections did not line up with the holes in the post and the paint was incomplete. the fence has 3 horizontal supports held together by self tapping screws t

My husband and I built our home on OIB in 2011. Since that time, the aluminum railings have been failing. The coating has been peeling. I spoke with the president of the company and he informed me that there was only a year warranty on the product, and being st the beach they would be sandblasted and the coating would deteriorate . I asked why this was not apparent. He said he didn’t know where houses were being built. I said it was up to him to do due diligence and inform builders to not put at the beach. For my money, anyone thinking of this product don’t buy it. There are many better alternatives.
