Sentry Oil has been wonderful to work with. From Sheila in the office to the technicians and even the oil delivery driver, everyone is consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. They resolved an issue I’d been having with my boiler for quite some time. I always feel like I’m getting honest advice without any pressure... just straightforward, trustworthy service. It’s rare to find a company where every interaction is this positive. I truly appreciate their great customer service and would absolutely recommend them. 10 stars!

Sentry Paul has been so helpful since I moved to Rutland. I called for oil and they came to inspect my system that day and dropped oil off the following morning. When I had an issue with my boiler they had a tech out to me within an hour. They are a glowing example of what customer service should be and how a company should function. I’m glad I found them.

Sentry Oil has excellent customer service, great pricing, and the technicians who have come to my house have all been top notch. I get my oil filled by them as well as a yearly tune-up for my boiler, and everything has been humming along just fine. I have nothing but great praises to say about Sentry Oil, and have recommended them to all my house friends. Highly recommended!

I've used Sentry Oil for oil delivery and maintenance for awhile and always found their service to be great, but I was blown away by the exceptional service they recently provided installing my whole home HVAC and Heating system. Everything from their technician's professionalism and knowledge, to their great communication every step of the way, and their customer service was extremely responsive and helpful. I didn't have anything bad to say before about Sentry Oil, but now I am actually encouraging my friends and neighbors to use them for future projects and services. Great company with great service! Just had Zack come out and help us when the motor in our furnace gave out. He’s very knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend Sentry Oil!
