Garage is very dirty. People loitering in the garage. There is no security. Park at your own risk. Make sure you lock your car and do not leave anything of value visible in your car. I have seen people there looking to get into unlocked cars. It is $4.00 per day to park there. Since they started charging for parking more people park their cars on the streets and in the garage.
I felt safe in this garage. You must pay at a machine before you can exit.
