Septic Masters was surprisingly Professional. This is my first time owning a septic system, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I gave Chris a call, and was blown away with his professionalism and integrity. He established his credibility by taking 15 minutes to explain everything to me, he showed up on time, did a great job with the inspection, vacuumed everything out and gave me a clean bill of health. Since then he has been responsive to my rookie questions about how to operate and maintain my system, and told me what signs to watch out for. I hope I don't have any problems with my system, but when I do, I know who I will call. Thanks Chris!

I wanted to have my system serviced as it had not been done since we bought the house and wanted to avoid any issues. I was able to get scheduled quickly and Chris came out and completed everything very efficiently. He took the time to explain everything which is nice considering this is the first home I’ve ever lived in with a septic system. Highly recommend Septic Masters.

Chris is awesome to work with.... he makes it so easy. Dependable, responsive, does what he says he's going to do for the price and timeline...and is proactive to reach out when things need to change. We needed to replace the lid to our tank...he handled everything from digging out the existing, ordering the new, calling and scheduling the county, and returning everything like he wasn't even there. Chris came to our personal residence for a routine service call. His professionalism & courtesy was appreciated. He told us to call if we had any other needs. We had a problem at our daughter’s home. We called him and he came the same day and resolved her issue. His prices were more reasonable than other quotes we had received. We will always use his service for any other needs! He is a kind & honest human being and is respectful to his customers!!
