Awesome customer service!!! Open communication and that makes a company thrive!!!!! The gentlemen that came to clean the tanks were very courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. They shared alot of septic tank information. Highly recommend them!!!!
Took a whole week just to get them to check our septic tank to see what the problem was. Charged me 110$ to tell me what was wrong and to empty maybe 1/4 of our tanks. At the end they won't fix the problem because they are to busy so they recommend me another person so I can start all over! So unprofessional and a waste of money!
Guy came barreling down our street and nearly ran over an 85 yr old neighbor of mine, more than likely texting and in a rush. It's probably not a good idea to advertise on a vehicle if you plan on driving it like an idiot.
Fantastic and helpful staff with great people skills. Great job!!! And very reasonable.
Exellent service fast and very competitive price, highly recommended.
