Just recently, our water heater broke and leaked out onto our walls and floors, damaging them extensively. Right away we called Service Master Restoration by Empire to do the water mitigation. The owner Cesar Chimely came out to our house the same day we called. He did a very detailed inspection of the damage and informed us of what they would have to do. We agreed and Cesar had his water mitigation team dispatched to our house later that very same day.
