We used them for an inspection on our system. Nothing "day of" was noted. Six months later we have no working bathrooms and have them empty the tank. Two months later, same thing. At that point we're told that we need a new system. He told me that this was a known issue and the previous homeowners knew and should've disclosed. Obviously, they didn't. We've limped along, but now looking at a very expensive repair. Had we known this before moving in, that would've changed so much about selling price, or even if we move in. SS gets to say that they did their job the day of inspection, but at the end of the day, they did very, very poorly by us. The repair we're now looking is five figures. Septic specialist has installed a new septic system approximately 4 years ago we have add multiple issues with this since day one. Just found out they did not put in a filter on our aeration pump the full four years we have had it which caused major issues with our system. They even had an annual check up and the last one was just a month ago and stated everything was fine. They said nothing about a filter.... probably because they didn't put one in to begin with. They also stated they will put in our laterals in a certain place and they did not put it where they said they would. Causing them to dig up our electrical and our water line. Bought a house here 2 years ago, sellers did not disclose septic system and it's well-outdated problems. Called these guys and their dispatcher was very pleasant and had them out here within a few days to determine the issue. Only took about 1.5 days to remove my old leech field and add a waste water tank and have everything back in place. System works like brand-new, and was very fair on price for the work. Would definitely recommend for any new or retro-fitting!

Called looking to compare prices. They were lower than the other quotes I had. They worked me in that same day!! Very professional and courteous on the phone. Will definitely be using them in the future.

They are very time manageable. I didn't have an emergency but they were fully prepared for that when they called me back an hour after my message. They still fit me in and came out the next morning. They were here when they said they would be and was in and out in an hour. They are also the best price around! Wouldn't call anyone but them for my septic needs.
