Eric met with me in May of 2019 to review my patio project, take measurements, and evaluate my project's goals and objectives. I had a plan already prepared by an architect and a pool layout already included. All I needed him to do was provide an estimate for the project, and then work with me over the coming months to make it happen in the spring of 2020. After our initial meeting, I emailed him 6/13/2019, 7/12/2019, and 7/19/2019 without receiving any response. He finally responded 7/21/2019, then later responded 8/11/2019 to inform he had been tied up and apologized for the delay.
