Serenity Clean of Dayton

Serenity clean offers fantastic service. It was easy and quick to book, and the two women that cleaned my house were friendly and did a wonderful job on the deep clean. My house has never been cleaner. I also appreciate that it smells clean, but it's light. Not a overpowering scent. Would highly recommend.

We had our first clean today with serenity clean. They did a great job and used natural products. The woman who came today was so sweet, and she did an excellent job in a short period of time. I would definitely recommend

Cassandra was great, very personable, kind, and made me feel at ease. My father passed suddenly last year and it took everything out of me; I could barely do more than go to work. I had done very little cleaning at all for months, was barely keeping clean laundry on my back, and was so overwhelmed with where to start. It was a long day, but she got me back to base state and I am so grateful.

Absolutely terrible service. I had booked them for a move in service which included deep cleaning for the cabinets, oven, fridge bathrooms. First the rescheduled me at the last minute on the day of the cleaning and then when the cleaner showed up the following day, she did an absolutely terrible job of cleaning. None of the cabinets were cleaned the fridge and oven were dirty. I was initially quoted $414 for the service, however after they reviewed the photos I shared they agreed to charge $136. To my surprise, they went ahead and charged full $414. Would not use them ever again. Below are the photos after the cleaning was done.

I cancelled this summer and yet I still got charged their $29 monthly “subscription fee” for October. Here was my experience: - constant staffing turnover (both the cleaners and the managers) which led to every single apt being late or rebooked. - poor training of staff which led to inconsistent cleaning quality each appointment. Managers would always blame their employees when I complained, but the recurring pattern quickly made me realize the issue is inadequate training. - their “subscription” perks are so laughably gimmicky. For $30/month you get “access to their schedule” which again had no benefit as our apts 100% always got rescheduled. They also apparently give you gift cards for family and friends (ah yes here’s the gift of inconvenience and frustration) - subpar products led to
