Serenity Movers

We've had great experiences working with Maxwell and Serenity Movers. Had stuff in storage for about 2 years and just moved up to Rochester NY. The guys that were sub-contracted to move our stuff up there were phenomenal. Shout out to Vlad and his crew. They worked cleanly and expediently (a major accomplishment considering it was about 10 degrees outside and snowy.)

We were referred to Serenity by our realtor. He assured us they were always professional and careful. We hired them for a local move within NYC. We purchased our first home in a co-op and even before the move started they were great. Maxwell was always quick to respond and very understanding when we had to move our date around a few times. The movers arrived right on time and immediately got to work. They finished ahead of schedule and everything arrived in the same condition it left in. Definitely will use again if I need movers in the future.

The best move we've ever had! Fast, organized, supportive and absolutely friendly guys! Definitely recommend! They made our day perfect! All the furniture were well packed, wraped, delivered and assembed back. Thats how the job has to be done! Best servise!

Maxwell, the manager, is amazingly accommodating and adept at handling the stressful moments that come with moves, including rescheduling the date of our move several times, at short notice and without complaint. Serenity’s team moved the contents of our NYC 2 bedroom coop (from a building that has strict requirements for all contractors) to our home in rural CT. They were flawless. All our furniture and art pieces were wrapped perfectly and arrived without any damage whatsoever. The team placed everything exactly where we wanted and couldn’t have been more care

Phenomenal! Maxwell and his team made for the easiest moving process I've ever experienced, including graciously accommodating a bit of hectic schedule on my end. The move itself was incredibly efficient and on time. The crew was very friendly and professional and all of my items arrived to my new apartment in perfect condition.
