I am so thrilled to have found Alvin and Serieux Plumbing. I will never use anyone else! We had 75 year old pipes that needed replacing throughout our entire house. He talked us through all the price costs and options and I never felt pressured. You can see he really cares about this works and his customers!

Alvin from Serieux Plumbing has come to my house twice in the last year and both times he has been nothing but professional and very friendly. What I like about Alvin is that he will take his time to explain the work and all the options you may have. He never tried to sell me anything unnecessary and his rates are fair. We bought our new house and heard a noise that sounded like it came from the water heater. Our big-name HVAC/plumbing/etc company suggested that the expansion tank had failed and recommended replacing it. We knew the heater had just been installed earlier that year by the previous owner, so we were suspicious. We found a label for Serieux Plumbing on the water heater and called them. Alvin came out to take a look, and he ended up walking us through not only the water heater (confirming the pressure tank was fine), but took us on a tour of the house explaining every job they'd performed there for the prior owners. They have always been professional and kind, ALWAYS on time and very transparent on costs. If something is broken, Alvin takes the time to not only explain to you the issue and then gives you his recommendation to fix along with costs and options depending on the problem. Same with a new project, like a recent bathroom remodel, takes the time to walk you through his recommendations and any options that could be available.
