Michael is very reliable and always does a great job. He is quick to respond and always communicates if there are changes to his schedule. Highly recommend!

I used Serpent Landscaping for about three months. While the lawn mowing itself was decent, the scheduling was very inconsistent, with frequent postponements. Communication was good, but there always seemed to be issues. The main reason for this one-star review is that the company suddenly informed me mid-month that they would no longer be servicing my lawn due to personal reasons. While I can understand that life happens, stopping service without proper notice after I had already prepaid caused a major inconvenience. I was told I would receive a refund for the two weeks of missed service on the 1st, but that refund never came. At this point, I won’t be chasing them for the money.
