I was introduced to Angel and his team by another contractor and they did not disappoint. I hired them to tile the backsplash in my kitchen. Angel was very professional and was in constant communication with me every step of the way. He and Juan took the time to make sure it was done exactly how I wanted it and offered helpful suggestions. Juan was a true craftsman and the tile turned out stunning. I would definitely hire Serrano Family for future home projects.

I was initially very excited at the prospect of what I thought was going to be an amazing professional relationship. sadly it did not work out that way. I had purchased and paid for a remanent soapstone slab for an agreed upon price with the edges on all four sides finished as approved by Angel through Lucky. When I went to go and pick it up, the work was not done and I had to pay more if I wanted to purchase that same piece! They were either too busy to recall their verb agreement or chose not to honor the sale. Either way, I will not be doing any further business with them and cancelled my kitchen order.
