Sai and his team at Service Cart are absolutely amazing. When my water furnace broke down last year, I had six different people come out and every single one told me it needed to be replaced. Sai was the only one honest enough to say it didn’t. He didn’t even charge me for the call-out, never tried to push a sale, and simply told me the ignitor needed replacing.
