Jimmy Pucillo came out to repair my furnace, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Austin came out for an AC tune up. He was incredibly knowledgeable, tidy, and very kind. He was very thorough during his inspection/tuneup and we never once felt like we were being sold anything which was very nice. He let us know the current condition of our unit and system and even took the time to show us a few things. Our dog Archie loved him as well! Overall we had a great experience.
