Wonderful experience with Service Experts. First time using them. John was great and knew what he was doing. We had a commode installed in our bathroom. Appointment was easy to make. Everyone has been accommodating, informative and pleasant. Highly recommended 😊

I recently had my semi‑annual HVAC maintenance performed by Jason, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The service was detailed, quick, and completely thorough. Jason took the time to explain the overall health of my system in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated. He was polite, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable about the work he was doing. It’s reassuring to have a technician who not only completes the job professionally but also makes sure you understand the condition of your equipment. Great service all around. I’m very satisfied and will continue relying on Service Experts for my HVAC maintenance.

We have Service Experts for several years and they have always responded in a timely manner whenever there is an issue. No problems with technician interactions and they are very knowledgeable about our HVAC system. They are all very friendly as well. The problem we have had almost every time is they never have all the stuff to complete the maintenance work. It’s usually that they don’t have the filter that our unit needs. Yesterday we were told that they didn’t have the maintenance kit. I don’t know what that means but it’s probably that he didn’t have the filter with him. The problem is that now they have to schedule a time to come out again and either my wife or myself has to be available for a 4 hour window of time so that they can complete the maintenance. I find this to be very frust

Service experts was able to quickly get to my house within 24h of my boiler failing, and Israel and Ben were professional, kind, & did a great job! They assessed and repaired my boiler system efficiently, and they also took the time to explain everything to me. I very much appreciate they were able to come out on a Saturday morning as well. I highly recommend Service experts, and Israel & Ben did an excellent job.

John was great from Service Experts. He fixed my toilet in a short amount of time and explained everything to me as he went along. He told me of other issues that needed fixed but never pressured me to get them done today. He was very friendly and professional also.
