Service Experts Heating

The advantage program is just a terrible investment. They are overcharging me 1000,00 for no apparent reason when I call them. This is the 2nd time that this has happened to me. Whenever I try call to talk to a supervisor the only thing that he or she respond is that they will get back to me. They never do, I call them back and we are back to square one where they have no idea why they are over charging me. I am done after multiple times calling them. I am going to report them to Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. This is totally unjust for a company to take out our money and no given reason as to why it was taken out.

Rip off. The tech they sent out misdiagnosed our issue as electrical instead of what was diagnosed the next day as a bad control board. Had to call out an electrician the next morning to confirm it was not that, then get a competitor out to properly diagnose. This lost us an ENTIRE day in the middle of summer! I gave a poor survey and got a response from someone named Joe Rich. Replied that I wanted the service call charge refunded and have never heard back. Do not use these people. BUYER BEWARE!
