He identified and remedied my issue quickly but most importantly he was extremely communicative, very clear, set the expectations, was friendly and had great “bedside” manners. I felt very comfortable having him work on my property and I don’t say that about many contractors. Ask for him if you need plumbing work!

The work was done fast and the crew did a great job and explained each step of the process. I want to thank the guys took care of us. Both friendly and hard working. Darell Edwards came to my home this morning and was a blessing to have as my service technician. I have a new home to me but it’s 52 years old and my HAVAC unit is 20 years old. We chatted prior to the service because I wanted him to explain to me what I am dealing with and what to anticipate once he’s completed the inspection. He was extremely knowledgeable and detailed. I felt he cared about me and doing an excellent job. I had a surge protector added as I did not have one and it does rain and experience lightening in Prescott. Great recommendation! I will ask for him in the spring when it’s time to have my spring service done.
