I got a new dryer and called an electrician and they never called back. I was given the phone number for this company and he came out promptly. The issue was fixed By installing a new plug etc. Would highly recommend him. Cost was reasonable.

Showed up to determine what was wrong. Diagnosed the issue and said would be back the next day after taking a $200 deposit. Didn’t show up for next appointment and texted 2 hours late saying he would be there the next day. Never showed up! Any attempt to contact him has been ignored. Hasn’t returned the deposit. Do not use this vendor

Jeff was very friendly on the phone during the initial call, and he came out promptly. He evaluated our dryer and quickly concluded it was the heating element. He replaced the heating element that day and collected payment. Prior to Jeff’s visit our dryer was only partially heating... well now there is no heat. 6 days with no dryer and 4 calls to Jeff... well he has seemed to disappear. If he ever calls us back, I will edit the review accordingly. It stink when this is what you have to do to get the local small business to call you back.

My grandmother called Jeff Elliott and he scheduled to come out on a Saturday (4/23) and scheduled to be out at 10:30 am. A hour passes and she called and left a voicemail. Hours go by with no word from him and he does not show up. Fast forward to today (4/26) and he never bothered to call back. After looking at reviews, this guy seems extremely shady.I wouldn’t bother with this guy. Go to a professional, because he certainly is not

Jeff came out to check out my stove. I paid him to come out and for labor. He never came back to install the part. I left him several messages and texts, and he has never responded! And he asked that I make out the check to him, not the company name. Stupidy on my part...don't use him. He's a scam.
