We've had Service Now come for a checkup and tuning on our furnace for several years. Scheduling has been prompt and easy. A few years ago they replaced the draft inducer that was rattling. No issues since then, although the checkups are helpful. Frank does an exceptional job, explaining exactly what he's doing, why, and what problem points might be.

We have used Service Now for over 14 years and have never been disappointed with their work. This week, our AC unit went out. Hudson, our Service Now agent, was prompt, courteous and knowledgable and had our AC unit back, up and running in less than an hour. We have never been disappointed. Thank-you Service Now!

This is an excellent company, prompt, courteous, and highly competent. We have replaced and had serviced 3 furnaces over 55 years of living in our house, using a number of local companies. Service Now is FAR above the competition. Every call, including a furnace replacement, has been dealt with on the day we called.
