Josh did an outstanding job servicing our AC units. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly inspect everything, clearly explain what he was doing, and answer all of my questions without rushing. What really stood out was his attention to detail and honesty. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing quality work and taking care of his customers. Our AC is running better than ever, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Josh to anyone needing AC service . We will definitely be requesting him again! And, he was very very kind with our dogs!!

Spencer came out to check my air conditioner today and was friendly and very polite. I was referred to Service One by a friend who thinks they do a great job. I agree. I gave another friend their information.and she had Service One come out to her home and to her business office. She was thrilled also. I wish every business had such wonderful staff. I will continue using Service One anytime air-conditioning repairs or maintenance are needed for my home.

Spencer was excellent. He arrived on time, was extremely professional, and did a great job explaining both the technical side of the issue and what the next steps would be. He diagnosed the problem quickly, walked me through what was happening with the system in clear terms, and made sure I understood what to expect with the repair process. Courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. If every technician operated like him, dealing with home repairs would be a whole lot easier. Highly recommended.
