I was very impressed with my interaction with Marcus. He was very professional, he shared his knowledge base so I understood the particulars of my request. His recommendations were spot on and when there were uncertainties, he promptly reached out to his resources. He arrived on time and closed the day out with a detailed itinerary for the second phase of my work order.

Kevin and Dez performed a plumbing inspection which included flushing the hot water heater. They were extremely professional and friendly. They were also very knowledgeable. Since this was part of a maintenance program, I paid nothing for this inspection. I was presented with a plan for service of a few items. At this time I did not go forward with the repairs because of the price. I put only 4 stars because of the price quoted to me.
