Neil and Eli are incredible! Their meticulousness, dedication, and care is unmatched. We've worked with a handful of contractors over the years and never have we worked with such trustworthy, kind and SOLID human beings :) Neil and Eli made our home more healthy, beautiful, livable and safe. We are truly grateful beyond measure!

We recently decided to turn a useless storage space above our garage into additional living space. The only one we would call is Neil and Solid Construction, since they have done multiple outstanding Reno jobs for us in the past. They are very professional and extremely skilled at what they do making it look easy. Every time they worked for us, projects are done ahead of schedule and on budget. I highly recommend Solid Construction! 10 years ago my husband and I decided to put a sizable addition to our existing Glen Ridge home. When asked our architect for recommendations for contractors, he provided Neil and Solid Construction (he said this is who does the work on my own house). We felt that spoke volumes about Neil and his company and the type of work he does. Neil provided a proposal based on our drawings and not only came in on budget but was completed a week earlier than expected. This was a 9 month project. An addition to the first floor and basement, a large kitchen, butler pantry, mudroom, addition to dining room, 2 bathrooms, a large finished basement. He and his crew arrived every day. A prominent architect recommended Solid Construction which indeed does solid work. The owner did most of my work and hired experienced plumbers and electrician for my kitchen and powder room. It was all good. He also built me a solid back porch using mature wood which was only a few years old and done by someone else who used immature wood. He recommended a superb paint company and oversaw the construction of my painter's carpenter new steps resulting in the carpenter tearing out the wood he chose replacing it with better wood. Mr. Sargentelli knows what he's doing and leaves you with a job well done. He also shows up as proposed.

We recently did a complete renovation of our kitchen and main living space. After meeting with several contractors we decided to have Solid Construction do our project. The owner Neil and his staff are amazing. They were true craftsman and a pleasure to deal with. Neil is very honest and worked on our house as if he was making decisions on his own home. He was on target with his estimate and the time the work would be completed. The results are above and beyond what we expected. We could not be happier with the whole experience.
