Service pros plus +

I hired Service Pros Plus for a foundation and metal frame project. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. When I raised concerns about the work not aligning with our agreed to plans, the owner became hostile, yelling and making threats, including claiming he would take my property. He even instructed his crew to destroy the progress made, which was shocking and unprofessional. The situation escalated to the point police were called, where they caught him in a lie but noted this is a civil matter. There was not enough metal provided for the job which ended up coming out of my pocket (the green metal on the roof is mine), even though he was fully paid. Unprofessional, he was hired to do a remodel and we did plenty of walkthroughs of what needs to be done even on contract and he failed to met quality work. Every time he was address he ran off and threw a fit, even after being paid 45,000$ up front. Bad mistake on our end. We told him multiple times our floors were bad and his testing of was to jump up and down like a child and say no those are good even though they had signs of mold and wetness. He said this house would last yearssss and it’s only been one year and we already have to redo floors and walls because he failed to do his job and always rushing us to get the material that he needed. I hired Service Pro’s to build a slab for me for a Microgreen Building after seeing what a great job he did on that we hired him to build our house on our property. He’s done an outstanding job, professional, thorough, and informative. Would recommend him to anyone.!

Quality craftsmanship at a fair price. My concrete slab, walkway, and metal building addition were completed to perfection in a timely manner. I will be a repeat customer for future projects and I highly recommend Cody and his team.
