I took one star off because their communication is not great. They cancelled my first appointment because my phone didn’t ring when they called (it ignores what it thinks is spam). After reading these reviews I was so sad and I was thinking my brand new Samsung washer/dryer combo would take forever to get fixed under warranty. Was considering paying another company to fix it. We got another appointment for one day later (two days from when I called, which is pretty good), but I was apprehensive. When the guy arrived, he said he had to watch a video about my unit which wasn’t very confidence inspiring… HOWEVER, he found the issue in 30 min and had it fixed in an hour or so. Poor Experience with Quick Service Inc. & Disappointing Support from Samsung I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience to help others make informed decisions. I had Quick Service Inc. assess an issue with my Samsung dishwasher, and I was extremely disappointed with the entire process. Communication was poor from the start—responses were slow, vague, and unhelpful. Worse, the final report they provided was, in my view, dishonest. They placed blame on the installers, who had installed the unit properly two years ago with no issues until now. It felt like a convenient excuse to avoid taking responsibility. Poor communication! Set up an appointment then cancel because they didn’t have the parts. Then I didn’t hear from them. When I finally got them on the phone said they called but didn’t leave a message! They didn’t text or email with an update appointment! Said they didn’t know why they didn’t leave a message said I should have answered the phone! So they canceled the service. Set up another appointment when they came out the refused to fix the.stove the said I had a bug problem I did not !!!! There were no bugs at all !! Not. Bug in sight!!! Said Samsung would not warranty it! It was not under warranty! The stove has worked fine all this time! The heating element just went out about 6 weeks ago!!! It’s hard to understand why Samsung would continue to associate with a service provider that operates at this level. Absolutely unacceptable experience. It has been nearly two years of dealing with Service Quick for a Samsung oven repair, and the level of incompetence in both customer service and repair management is staggering. Appointments are poorly managed, communication is inconsistent or nonexistent, and there is zero accountability. Each interaction feels like starting from scratch, with no clear tracking of prior visits, parts, or unresolved issues. Follow-ups require repeated calls, and even then, nothing is resolved. At this point, the oven is still broken, and there has been no meaningful progress or ownership taken by the company. Customer service lacks basic professionalism

First mistake was buying a Samsung refrigerator. Second mistake was trusting Service Quick to repair it. My refrigerator is 2.5 years old. Two repairs later the freezer still isn't reaching proper freezing temperature. The company never calls you back. Service tech was professional and considerate but after $320 in service fees and parts, my freezer doesn't freeze properly. Has anyone successfully gotten a refund?
